We had air conditioning installed by Ecotech and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Ryan was incredibly helpful during the initial stages, patiently answering all the questions I had and explaining everything in detail, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.
On installation day, Luke was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and handled what was clearly a tricky job with real skill. The work was completed to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy with no mess at all.
Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Ecotech to anyone considering air conditioning installation.

We now have a new shower and a new mixer tap, two more well executed jobs after Ecotech supplied and fitted a new boiler for us last year. The shower, with overhead and hose functions, is powerful, and far superior to its overcomplicated predecessor. Tidy work installing it by Sam and doing the tiling by Jim. It's given the bathroom a new lease of life. There was a problem with the water draining from the tray, which Sam fixed quickly and without fuss. Four stars reflects the fact that it took a while for the shower project to happen, which we were fully aware of but decided to go with as we knew the work would be done well and there is also a bath in the bathroom.

I called Monday 17th and Ryan agreed to visit our home Wednesday 19th. He arrived and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and advised we need to replace an old boiler and tank with a new combi and relocate. This house is a renovation project and will be our forever home afterwards. I asked for a quote as we have other jobs such as kitchen, electrics etc. to pay for and need to know how much to make a decision. Ryan said he would send me prices within a few days. The following Monday I had heard nothing, called and spoke to Marie who informed me Ryan had been away a few days and will contact him to encourage him to send prices we were waiting for. Come Friday 28th still nothing. I have called and there is no answer. I have left a voicemail to say we will look elsewhere. I need reliable tradesman to complete a number of jobs so that there are no delays for other workman or us. If I am already chasing just for prices I am not filled with confidence. Such a shame as there other reviews are good. Bad luck for us.

Edit. Ryan called me to ask what had happened. I reiterated that we haven't received a quote yet. He said "I thought you wanted finance and we need to contact them and take your details" I said why would I want a finance company to contact me, have my details without knowing a price first. He then said, "I won't be able to provide a quote until next week". Baffled I told him to leave it and we'll go elsewhere. Unbelievable

Highly recommend these guys, don't look anywhere else.
We have been on the Gold Domestic Service plan for about two years with Ecotech and they have been very quick at coming out to fix our 25 year old boiler. We decided this year to get the guys to fit a new combi boiler for us.
From start to finish from contacting Dianne, getting a quote from Ryan to complete install everything was explained fully as to what was going to happen, with a range of quotes and very good prices.
Sam and Luke fitted the new boiler and were highly professional, took pride in their work and asked us where we wanted things if there was an option and cleaned everything up afterwards.
Best upgrade we have had done to our house and fitted by highly professional and qualified staff.
The guys also fitted a complex heating and air conditioning system in the large training academy where I work to the same high standard.
They are capable of both domestic and commercial work.
Spot on guys, top work all round, very pleased.
PS. make sure they get cups of tea and bacon rolls!

Ecotech (SY) have been fantastic, call when the say, friendly, reliable and clean. We had an emergency where our kitchen taps snapped, they came out within an hour, made it safe and reshuffled their schedule the next day to ensure we had it sorted and running water and you will always know the cost before they proceed, very happy to 100% recommend.

I wish I'd found these wonderful people years ago!! Very efficient, kind, polite, organised, and an excellent result. I really thought that, this time, our troublesome heating system was beyond repair. Ryan had other ideas, and the system now works. Furthermore, Ryan was extremely good at explaining what was happening, which is a skill that not everyone has. I shall most certainly be using them again, and will be recommending them.

Amazing team at Ecotech Heating & Plumbing, from the office all the way through to install and servicing. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. How quickly can you help me?

Will my floor be protected during the service?

Before any work commences for your boiler service, we will put down both carpet protectors and dust sheets. All our team will also wear shoe covers whilst in your property to keep your space clean and tidy.

Do I need a Gas Boiler Safety certificate?

Yes, in accordance with the 2018 Commercial Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, it is mandatory for all commercial properties that utilise gas for their business operations, to possess a Gas Safety Certificate. This certificate needs to be renewed on an annual basis (every 12 months), as it is a legal requirement. As part of our services, we offer the Commercial Boiler Gas Safety Certificate (CP15) to ensure compliance with these regulations.
