Highly recommend these guys, don't look anywhere else.We have been on the Gold Domestic Service plan for about two years with Ecotech and they have been very quick at coming out to fix our 25 year old boiler. We decided this year to get the guys to fit a new combi boiler for us.From start to finish from contacting Dianne, getting a quote from Ryan to complete install everything was explained fully as to what was going to happen, with a range of quotes and very good prices.Sam and Luke fitted the new boiler and were highly professional, took pride in their work and asked us where we wanted things if there was an option and cleaned everything up afterwards.Best upgrade we have had done to our house and fitted by highly professional and qualified staff.The guys also fitted a complex heating and air conditioning system in the large training academy where I work to the same high standard.They are capable of both domestic and commercial work.Spot on guys, top work all round, very pleased.PS. make sure they get cups of tea and bacon rolls!

Ecotech (SY) have been fantastic, call when the say, friendly, reliable and clean. We had an emergency where our kitchen taps snapped, they came out within an hour, made it safe and reshuffled their schedule the next day to ensure we had it sorted and running water and you will always know the cost before they proceed, very happy to 100% recommend.

I wish I'd found these wonderful people years ago!! Very efficient, kind, polite, organised, and an excellent result. I really thought that, this time, our troublesome heating system was beyond repair. Ryan had other ideas, and the system now works. Furthermore, Ryan was extremely good at explaining what was happening, which is a skill that not everyone has. I shall most certainly be using them again, and will be recommending them.

We had luke come out this morning to fix an issue with our main water pipe, a dodgy job fixed by Luke very quickly, efficiently and informatively. How quickly can you help me?

Will my floor be protected during the service?

Before any work commences for your boiler service, we will put down both carpet protectors and dust sheets. All our team will also wear shoe covers whilst in your property to keep your space clean and tidy.

Do I need a Gas Boiler Safety certificate?

Yes, in accordance with the 2018 Commercial Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, it is mandatory for all commercial properties that utilise gas for their business operations, to possess a Gas Safety Certificate. This certificate needs to be renewed on an annual basis (every 12 months), as it is a legal requirement. As part of our services, we offer the Commercial Boiler Gas Safety Certificate (CP15) to ensure compliance with these regulations.
