Central heating Cover
Central Heating Cover includes the annual service and cover of the following items:
Radiators
Standard TRVs and radiator valves
Expansion tank
(excluding cold inlet and overflow)
Central heating pipe work
Drain cocks
Plumbing and Drains cover
Central Heating Cover includes the annual service and cover of the following items:
Hot water cylinder
(up to 800mm high only – anything above 800mm with be an additional charge payable by you)
Cold water supply tank
Hot and cold water pipe work from the mains stopcock inside your home leading to taps and appliances
Cold water supply tank
Standard ball valves
Standard siphon
Flexible pipes connecting to the washing machine and dishwasher
Blockages to leaking and blocked waste pipes
(but this shall not cover accessing blockages and leaks to waste pipes under ground level)
